  • What happens after I sign up?

    After you sign up you will create your account and get immediate access to the Writing Workshop and all templates. You will also receive an email with instructions about how to sign up for services or book a call.

  • What do you mean I can choose the services I want?

    The Full Package was designed for applicants who want support with their application to one school. However, students who are applying to several schools sometimes prefer to swap resume editing for another round of personal statement editing for another school. So, we are flexible with how you use your tokens so that you can customize the support you need.

  • I'm interested in this but I'm not sure if I have enough time before my deadline.

    1:1 calls can usually be scheduled within a few days and we need 3-5 days for document editing. However, you can always upgrade to 24 hour delivery as well. If you have any worries about timing send an email to [email protected] and we can guide you!

  • How long will it take to get my documents edited?

    The Full Package comes with standard delivery, so it will take 3-5 days to get your documents back to you. (weekends included!) If you want your documents back faster you can easily upgrade to express delivery for an additional $50

  • What if I want more than 3 personal statements edited?

    You'll get a coupon for $20 off additional personal statement editing after you use the three tokens that come with the package.
